Wharfedale People Consulting was founded by Emma and Alex, who together bring over 30 years of combined HR experience and a genuine passion for helping businesses get the most from their people.
Based in the Wharfe Valley, we have supported clients across sales, manufacturing, health & fitness, retail, financial services and the not‑for‑profit sector, delivering pragmatic, commercially focused HR support.
